James is a carer to all the team.
His enthusiasm and willingness to help is unrivalled; James has a great sense of humour and keeps the workplace happy.
Pre-events, James prepares cars, hoovers interiors and sets up briefing rooms and classrooms, including managing race-wear stock.
He oversees the team key box and ensures instructors are ready at the start of each day.
Throughout the day James works in the briefing room, assisting with flag demonstrations and supporting instructors during briefings.
He is an essential part of the team and the school could not operate as efficiently without him.
