Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Motorsport School.
By booking a course, you confirm that you have read and agree to:
- these Terms and Conditions,
- our Refunds and Cancellations policy, and
- our Safety and Participation policy.
Booking and confirmation
All bookings are subject to confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your booking is processed and confirmed promptly.
Booking cut-offs
To help us plan instructors and track time safely:
- ARDS courses: bookings may be accepted up to 2 days before the course date.
- All other courses: bookings may be accepted up to 7 days before the course date.
Where a booking is made close to the course date, availability is limited and the date may no longer be changeable. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown during booking. Payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Changes and cancellations
Refunds are not offered. Please refer to our Refunds and Cancellations policy.
Safety and conduct
Motorsport and performance driving can be dangerous. You must follow all instructions from The Motorsport School, instructors and officials at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or require a participant to stop if their conduct is unsafe or detrimental to others.
Photography and media
We may take photographs and/or video for training and promotional purposes. Please refer to our Safety and Participation policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
