Refunds and cancellations

Important: For the avoidance of doubt, we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation by you

If you are unable to attend the day, please call The Motorsport School on 01455 502412, followed up with an email to themotorportsschool@hotmail.co.uk.

If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your booking, we will transfer your booking to another day.

If you cancel within 7 days prior to your booking, we will either:

• transfer your booking to another day (subject to a £100 administration fee), or
• provide a credit towards a later day (subject to a £100 administration fee).

Any credit offered will be valid for 3 months from the date of cancellation and will expire after that time.

Covid-19 or not fit to drive

If you have Covid-19 or are not fit to drive within the 7 days prior to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these circumstances, we require a doctor’s note, and an administration fee of £100 will apply, as we are unable to cancel our instructors at short notice.

Cancellation by The Motorsport School

In the unlikely event that The Motorsport School needs to cancel a course due to circumstances outside our control (including safety concerns, weather conditions, circuit closures, or other operational constraints), we will contact you as soon as possible.

In these circumstances, we will transfer your booking to another date or provide a credit towards a later day.

Please note that where third-party costs are involved, we may not be able to recover them in full.
